That is a snippet from the Lyrics for 123 by Britney Spears, are you living in sin, is the question she is asking, because apparantly it’s the in thing, i’ve heard this song, downloaded this song, and listened to it a number of times, without really ‘LISTENING’. How many times had I sang along to those lyric, how many times had that been pushed into my sub-conscious, was I in fact now influenced in any way by those lyrics. It was a normal day just like any other for me, nothing unusual nothing exciting, i’d left work at 5:30 pm and had begun the long journey home. There was a buzz in the air and a little bit of an edge, I passed through Brixton and Streatham in South East London and as I looked out of the bus window I saw remnants of an overnight session of looting, it saddened and unnerved me.. but nothing could have unsettled me as much as what I was about to witness.

So anyone who knows my musical taste, knows that Dawn Richard (pronounced Ri-shard) is right up my street, alley, park, walkway. I’m absolutely in love this woman, vocally I think she is superb, Definitely up there on my list of ones to watch. Dawn has seen quite a few line ups, and this is not her first try at a solo album. Dawn is no stranger to the music industry having released an album way back in 2005 under the name Dawn Angelique, this album was entitled ‘Been a While’, and it’s not an album many would know or even remember. But fast forward a few years to the famous girl group Danity Kane, and a great run in the group ‘Diddy Dirty Money’ with fellow vocalist Kalenna Harper, and here we are ready for her to return as a solo artist with her new EP, ‘Armor on’.
For an artist who isn’t signed Dawn Really has been churning out the music, constantly keeping current and releasing tracks on a regular basis. I applaud her latest album, it really has a mix of everything, and it really is something fresh. Her husky alto vocals make for a very unique sound, with great production to match.
This is an independent project, as she is not signed to a label, so if your all about girl power, real music, sticking your fingers up to the industry, or just wanting a good EP, go get your copy over on iTunes.

Delroy aka 3D Man, aka Triathlon is one of those Superheroes with a bit of a complex story, he isn’t your classic superhero, with beams and lasers, or flight, infact Triathlon in my opinion is more like a real life superhero than anything, his abilities are well within the reach of your average fella down the road. Triathlon’s physical abilities are all enhanced to roughly three times peak human potential, notably his strength, speed, agility and sensory acuity. So technically all this is possible with both you and I if we train hard, focus, and eat well… lol.
